Package up the nutritionist thing (Julie - Boston Bruins).
Base program price: $2,800 up front + $600 set aside for the Inside Tracker test
Additional: $49 a month afterwards for ongoing email support. (Person asking questions and getting answers).
OR
+ $150 for any 1/2 hour session afterwards (someone can ask as many questions as they'd like in a google doc and have them answered by Julie).

Section Two: The Program
Section 2: Intake: TIME: 1 hour intake session
Next steps:
- Take pictures of your meals for the first two weeks (you need more than 3 days). Text me them each day. Send the meals, the brand packaging, + the back labels. If you miss a meal, it's ok.
- Take the Inside Tracker test and get the results.
- Take the Inner Age test as well.
- Record all workouts for two weeks and send them to us (in the format we provide).
- A google doc will be created that will allow the user to record all questions in the google doc, and have them answered by Julie in the document. So everything is recorded.
- Goals must be set. (1) One quantitative goals, (2) One qualitative goal.
- Before and after pics are necessity.
- Include the grocery stores that you normally shop at.
This gives Julie time to review the results, see what's going in and make a more accurate plan.
- Example: If my cholesterol and lipids are high, she wouldn't recommend some types of foods.
- Example: If I'm low in XYZ vitamin, then maybe she recommends MORE of ABC foods.
Section 3: Baseline (Food Audit)
TIME: 45 minute session going through every single meal for the week.
All meals will go into a Google doc. We will put a plus sign next to good things, and a negative sign next to negative things. Don't be super nice on this. This should be harsh.
4. You'll get a 2 week meal plan / guide to eating. This will include the specific brands.
Section 4: Designing your NEW plan (New life, new you)
5. TIME: 45 minute session. Checkin after week 1 to review how it's going. This has to be very structured. The person should get an email in advance as to what will be covered when Julie talks on the phone.
