Role & Responsibilities & Pay

I'm hiring an Operations Administrator. ½ EA and ½ Ops. I have a good crew interviewing from my own network, but I'm posting this to make sure I don't miss any hidden gems. I want a mini me.

Goals: 

1. To give me back as much time in my life as humanly possible so that I can focus on my Operators and Clients, Founders, employees, friends, and family.

2. Help serve my clients.

3. To generate as much revenue for the business as humanly possible to fuel growth.

Responsibility breakdown:

1. Management of non-sensitive data: 33% (not glamorous)

2. Project management/execution (marketing, product, analytics): 33% (interesting)

3. Coordinate my life & travel: 33% (creative)

Experience:

• 1-2 years of operational experience within a high-growth startup

• All around Renaissance man/woman/they, able to flex across whatever comes their way and be my right hand.

Package:

• Contract: This is a 1-year contract with a 1-year player option. 

• Paid in Bitcoin or US Dollar: You can be paid in another crypto of your choice if you prefer.

• Compensation. Salary: $25,000 + Bonus: 10%

• Monthly compensation increase of 1% of base salary each month: Yep, you heard that right.

• Crypto: $300 in crypto per month ($200 in Bitcoin, $50 in ETH, $50 in DEFI assets).

• Sign on bonus: $1,392

• Health & Dental: $1,000 per month for health & dental.

• Remote work? Yep. You can work from wherever the fuck you want.

• Vacation: Generous.

• Cell phone & data plan: 100% paid for

• Annual subscriptions: Headspace/Calm/10% Happier, Spotify, Netflix, Instacart, Disney+, and your favorite dating app.

• Food: $200 per month.

• Shopping spree: $1,000 per year.

• Coaching support: We have a coaching marketplace and we’ll make sure you spend time with everyone.

• Work from home setup: Standing desk, monitor, etc.

• Gym membership: Up to $100 per month.

• Severance package: 60 days of severance if this doesn’t work out. Divorces happen… I want to protect you.
